Sardardham

Sardardham is a large-scale institutional complex designed to serve both educational and residential purposes. It comprises two expansive wings capable of accommodating up to 2,000 students, offering a well-integrated environment for learning and living. The structure is a high-rise development with a configuration of Basement + Ground + 13 floors, constructed using Post-Tensioned (PT) slabs and beams for enhanced structural efficiency and durability.

The design incorporates common areas, recreational spaces, and supporting infrastructure aimed at fostering community engagement and holistic student development. The project stands as a model of contemporary institutional architecture, combining functionality with structural innovation.

In addition to its primary academic and housing functions, Sardardham is envisioned as a self-sustained campus featuring various modern amenities.
