Raksha Shakti University
Shanti Procon LLP successfully executed the 235-acre Permanent Campus of Raksha Shakti University, now Rashtriya Raksha University, at Lawad, Gandhinagar. India’s first university dedicated to police science and internal security, the campus is strategically located along a 1.5 km stretch of the Meshwo River, with a master plan designed to preserve natural contours, manage runoff, and retain existing water bodies.
Planned as a Green Building emphasizing sustainability, water conservation, and modern infrastructure, the campus was envisioned by Padma Shri Balkrishna Doshi, the first Indian laureate of the 40th Pritzker Architecture Prize, along with Rajeev Kathpalia of Vastu Shilpa Foundation. Notable for its exposed RCC façades, seamless spatial integration, open and airy layouts, and abundant natural light and ventilation, the campus exemplifies superior construction quality and architectural excellence.
