DEC 2008 RIL Township, Jamnagar

Ventured into Exposed Concrete construction with EMRI, Ahmedabad; completed in lightning 10 months.

JAN 2009 Emergency Management and Research Institute, Ahmedabad

Completion of project with work order value of +80 Cr in Gotri, Baroda.


DEC 2010 GMERS Medical College

Ventured into Urban Development sector with the undertaking of revamp of Ranmal Lake, Jamnagar.

DEC 2013 Ranmal Lake, Jamnagar

Completion of project with work order value of +160 Cr for Ahmedabad Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad.

2013-2014 Accomodation Facilities Ahmedabad Civil Hospital

Awarded a project with G+9 floor structure for M. P. Shah Medical College, Jamnagar.

MAR 2014 M.P Shah College, Jamnagar

Awarded first EPC Project by Gujarat Housing Board (GHB) in Jamnagar and Junagadh amounting to a tender value of +85Cr.

2014-2015 EPC Project

First institutional project of this scale in association with the esteemed VSF, Ahmedabad.

JUL 2016 Construction of Rashtriya Raksha University in Gandhinagar—

Ventured into Industrial Building Construction with Motherdairy’s Powder Plant, Asia’s Largest, in Gandhinagar.

OCT 2016 AmulFed, Gandhinagar

Furthering ventures into a Union Territory with this Institutional Building involving construction of Medical College as well as allied buildings.

JAN 2019 NAMO Medical College

Revamped to Shanti Procon LLP from Shanti Construction Company (Partnership). Shifted the HQ to Ahmedabad.

APR 2020 Revamp of Shanti Procon LLP
